Bonnie Allen is a facilitator of the Today Program in the Dutchess County Jail and Pam Wright is the Associate Director of the department.

Guest for July 15th

Our guest today is Merv Otero. Merv was incarcerated as a teenager for taking the life of another young man.
He used his 22 years of incarceration to educate himself, give back to others, and to create much needed programs.
Today, he works in social services helping the youth, the incarcerated, and those infected with HIV.
